These terms cover how you use this website and what happens when you submit a form.
Using this website
Content on this site is published for information. Event details, formats and dates can change, and the published version on the relevant event or competition page is the current one.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Places are confirmed by the Super Trowel team by email, and each competition's own rules apply once you are entered.
Event tickets
A QR ticket is issued for the event and attendee count shown during registration. Tickets may be cancelled if they are duplicated, transferred fraudulently or used contrary to the event entry conditions. Event dates, venues and access arrangements may change; the relevant published event page is authoritative.
Results
Results appear on the site once judging is complete and the organisers publish them. Unpublished results are shown as pending.
