Hardest Hod is the pure endurance test — a loaded hod, a set course, and the clock. Fastest time wins, and every recorded time is kept on the all-time leaderboard.
Format and entry
Format
A single timed carry over a fixed course with a standard hod load. Times are recorded to hundredths of a second.
Who can enter
Open to anyone aged 18 and over who passes the safety briefing on the day.
Pathway
Run as an open challenge at events through the season, with the fastest times carried onto the all-time leaderboard.

• Standard hod load for all competitors. • The course must be completed without dropping the hod. • Fastest recorded time wins; times are taken to hundredths of a second.
Judging and scoring
Timing officials record each run. Any dropped hod or course fault voids the attempt.
