This page explains what the Super Trowel website collects when you use its forms.
What this site collects
Application forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, region, employer or college, experience and any supporting information you add. Ticket registrations collect your name, email, optional phone number and postcode, selected event and attendee count so your QR ticket can be issued. Enquiry forms collect your name, email, organisation, phone number and message. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email, optional first name, preferences, consent source and consent date.
Why it is collected
Submitted details are used to process your application or enquiry and to reply to you. Ticket details are used to issue, email and validate your event ticket. Newsletter details are used only to send the updates you actively asked for.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in the Super Trowel platform and are readable only by the organising team through the admin area. They are not published on the public site.
Your choices
You can ask the team to correct or delete the details you sent, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, using the contact page.
