Luke’s approach was measured and assured, and his workmanship spoke for itself. Clean lines, controlled detailing, and strong composition made his build one of the most complete on the day. It featured Monk bond with an English bond return, double tumbling to a battered buttress, raked-out flint cobbles, and brickwork finished flush jointed, weather cut and struck. With a Florentine arch and double bullnose capping carried through to the return edge, Luke delivered a performance worthy of this year’s runner-up spot.
